The forum from 11.30am-2pm at the Warrnambool Golf Club is being held by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) as part of its inquiry into the dairy industry.
ACCC chairman Rod Sims and commissioner Michael Keogh will hear submissions from dairy farmers and other dairy industry bodies.
Monday’s Warrnambool forum is one of three the inquiry will hold in Victoria and several others it will hold in dairy areas through Australia to gather information for its inquiry.
The inquiry is investigating trading practices and the competitiveness of prices in the dairy industry.
