THE 2017 Sustainable Living Festival presents Lovin the Ride on Saturday and Sunday at Warrnambool’s Civic Green. Activities include keynote speaker Ian McBurney, trash puppets roving performances, displays, fresh markets, a pop-up cafe and children’s activities.
AN OLD-TIME dance is at the Yambuk Hall from 8pm.
THE Corangamite Relay for Life is at the Cobden Recreation Reserve from Saturday 5pm to Sunday 11am. The event will include an outdoor cinema, children’s activities and live music.
THE Tarerer Festival presents Sharing Culture from 7pm at Warrnambool’s Lighthouse Theatre. Feature artists include Arnhem Land singer-songwriter Yirrmal Marika, Gunditjmara country-rock artist Johnny Lovett and Tarerer co-founder Shane Howard.
THE wine, wood and roses festival in Heywood includes food, stalls, displays, competitions, a street parade, rally cars, motocross, mower racing, live music and ute muster on Saturday from 10.30am. Fireworks are at 10.30pm.
SUNDAY
KEN Smith will present a country music charity concert at the St Pius X Hall from 1pm to 4.30pm.
WARRNAMBOOL and District Drag Racing Association will host Off Street Drag Racing at the Warrnambool Airport from 9am.
