THE Warrnambool and District league has a full complement of members back on its board after Ken Knowles and David Turner were added. Knowles, who had previously served on the board for nine years, had initially stepped back as he was planning to leave the area, but a change in plans sees him staying, while Turner is a former president at Allansford.
