Our Corka Bubs encourages babies and toddlers aged four to 24 months to crawl and toddle on a mat while watching and listening to the choreographed dance of Indigenous artists.
Its creator, South Australian Aboriginal choreographer Gina Riggs, said the performance told the story of water as it flowed from the Murray River into the Coorong.
The performance has drawn its inspiration from Ngarrindjeri storytelling.
Our Corka Bubs is designed to introduce indigenous and non-indigenous families to Aboriginal culture.
Incorporating traditional instruments, the show uses gentle gestural dance along with live and recorded sounds to allow babies to explore music and dance.
It stars sisters Caleena and Taree Sansbury.
The 45-minute show premiers in Victoria at the Portland and Heywood libraries on Monday at 10.30am and 2pm respectively.
