Sobey stars in 36ers win

WARRNAMBOOL’S Nathan Sobey extended his career-best form in Adelaide’s 15-point rout of Illawarra in the opening game of their best-of-three NBL semi-final series last night. Sobey finished with 16 points, eight rebounds and four assists in the 93-78 victory in Adelaide. It capped a stellar week for the former Seahawk, who claimed the NBL’s most improved award on Monday.
