What do you most love about living in Port Fairy? Everything. The beach, the variety of eateries (including five star dining) the variety of shops, the live music venues, the tourists and the huge variety of fantastic events throughout the year.
Describe Port Fairy in five words. Gorgeous, untouched, non-commercial, unique, thriving.
What's on your bedside table right now? House & Garden magazines getting ideas for our new house being built at the moment.
Tea or coffee? Strong coffee.
What is your favourite holiday destination? Santorini, Bali, Sunshine Coast, Melbourne.
A must read suggestion? Queens by Constance Hall.
What career did you want to pursue when you were a teenager? Hairdressing.
What would your ideal Sunday involve? Waking up early, strong coffee in bed, laying around reading the papers, yummy breakfast at a local cafe, taking children to the beach then finish off with a couple of wines in a beer garden somewhere, or my favourite place at the moment – Conlans at Port Fairy.
What is something people might not know about you? I had my own music show on community radio 3Way Fm for four years and I was a web designer prior to opening (the shop).
If you could choose to go back 100 years or forward 100 years what would you do and why? I would go forward 100 years. If I had the means I would invent a cure for cancer, eradicate terrorism and invent super fast transport of some sort so we can all travel the world cheaply, safely and get to holiday destinations without long hours of travel.
What recipe are you renowned for cooking for family or friends? Homemade pizza and Thai curry.
If you had all the time in the world to pursue and perfect any hobby what would it be? I would love to become a successful interior decorator and designer.
Do you have a motto you live by? You only live once, life is short – take the trip, eat the cake, buy the shoes.
