The teenage all-rounder was named in Melbourne Renegades’ 15-player squad for their season-opening matches against Adelaide Strikers.
The Renegades will pick their first XI from that line-up for their double-header against the Strikers on Saturday and Sunday in Sydney.
Wareham, 17, is the second youngest player on the Renegades’ list and made her debut during the inaugural WBBL season last summer.
