Yambuk Community Group secretary Anja Harley said most of the entries were a top secret and would be revealed this weekend.
Miss Harley said it was something different for the town’s residents and the focus was on enjoyment.
Resident Kerrie Graham said her family enjoyed decorating their reindeer-themed hay bale using steel droppers for antlers and spray paint.
“It’s a bit of fun to get involved and a bit of Christmas cheer to make people smile when they drive past,” Mrs Graham said.
