Senior Constable Luke Hunter said skid marks were left after the driver fish-tailed down Commercial Road at around 2.15pm.
“A witness said it was a green Holden ute with a sun roof, with a male driver” Senior Constable Hunter said.
“If he would be kind enough to report to Koroit police it would speed the process up and cut out the middle man.
“We do have CCTV footage of the incident.”
The incident happened when the vehicle left the stop sign at the High Street intersection and took the corner at Mickey Bourke’s Koroit Hotel.
“This type of behavoiur isn’t appreciated by the community,” Senior Constable Hunter said.
“Koroit is a small town and the people take a lot of pride in their town and driving erratically down the main street does not fit in with the community mindset.”
