The eight year-old is the sixth generation of her family to ply its trade in sideshow alleys in shows across Australia.
It is a lifestyle she would not be without.
“It’s good fun. You get to see different stuff and places each week,” Mia said. “I get to go on the rides as well.”
Mia, her mother Brooke Pavier and four other family members are working hard in preparation for the Warrnambool Show – which runs from Friday through to Sunday.
The family runs the catch-a-duck, bust-a-balloon and clown games as well as the Freak Out ride.
The Warrnambool Show is part of a 10-month show circuit the family completes each year.
