South West Victorian SEAL is one of 26 training organisations across the state to share in $20 million of Victorian government funding for the Reconnect Program.
The program is aimed at young people aged 15-24 to encourage them to reconnect with training and education and boost their chances of finding a job.
SEAL will assess the needs of young people across Warrnambool and Moyne areas to help them complete an accredited course. The program will run two days a week, for 20 weeks, split between pre-accredited training, industry tasters and work placement and delivered in partnership with Brophy Family and Youth Services.
