Adam Barry, 32, of Bade Avenue, pleaded guilty in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court and has an earliest release date of March 11.
In mid September he pleaded guilty to burglaries and thefts and was jailed for four months.
He appealed against the severity of that sentence and was released on bail.
Police said that early this month Barry swapped two Holden Commodore tyres for two stolen heaters.
He advertised the heaters on Facebook and sold them for $100.
Barry then went to a supermarket with only $2 and stole goods which was caught on a security camera .
He’s also dropped his county court appeal.
