Rotary Club of Warrnambool East’s show co-ordinator Roger Cussen said Ritchie won for his piece Life on the Edge.
Mr Cussen said more than half the 100 artists who exhibited at the weekend’s event received a public vote.
About 400 works were on show in the event’s 24th year. All proceeds were donated to the Standing Tall program.
