The candidate said accepting the agriculture scholarship wouldn’t prevent him serving as a councillor as the 16-week international program would be spread across two years.
“It’s going to be a positive for council because if I’m elected I can bring back knowledge from like-minded areas in similar situations (around the world),” Mr Meade said.
