COBDEN police have asked people to keep an eye out for a missing garden ornament. Overnight on Wednesday a 1.2 metre eagle statue was stolen from Ken Perrett’s property on the Cobden-Warrnambool Road at Naringal East. He said he was very disappointed and wanted the eagle returned. It is worth about $300. Mr Perrett said the thieves would have needed a truck and crane to remove the eagle. Anyone with information is urged to contact Senior Constable Tony Hassett at Cobden police.
