The forum will also feature cancer survivors sharing their personal stories.
Dr Tracie Glisner from the South West Regional Cancer Centre will outline the broader range of services available across the region.
Sue Jensen will lead a yoga session and the event will include morning tea and lunch for $5.
It will run from 9am to 4pm at the Sandilands Portland Function Centre.
