Corangamite shire community relations manager Rory Neeson said the screenings were a chance for families to get out of the cold and enjoy great films locally on a big screen.
“We have also lined our screenings up to match in with Pope’s bus times from Timboon in the hope to attract viewers from Timboon and Cobden,” Mr Neeson said. “Food and drink will also be available for purchase during the films with doors opening from 1pm via the Bath Street entrance.”
Disney’s latest offering, Zootopia – a happy-animals comedy – will be screened from 1.30pm at the Theatre Royal on Thursday. The third installment of Kung Fu Panda – the student becomes the teacher – will be screened the following week from 1.30pm on Thursday, September 29.
