Jameka is joint favourite with the John O'Shea-trained Hartnell for the $3 million Caulfield Cup on October 15.
The satchel swingers also shortened Jameka for the $6.2million Melbourne Cup, firming her price from $35 to $15 following her victory with Nick Hall in the saddle.
Jameka defeated Gallante and Berisha in Saturday's group-three Foundation Cup.
Trainer Ciaron Maher was excited with the win of his talented four-year-old mare who won the VRC Oaks last spring.
“When she is able to use her stride like that and roll along she has a lovely action and she just seems to relax,” he said.
“Nick gave her a good ride. She has always been a really forward-type horse and as a two-year-old she surprised me and as a three-year-old she was strong and very competitive in whatever we put her in.
“She has always been more mature than the other four-year-olds I have seen and she is on track at this stage.”
Maher's other top mare Set Square ran fourth in the Foundation Cup.
