Anita Glossop, 40, of Pilleau Street, appeared in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court for a contest mention hearing on Monday.
She admitted causing damage but denied assaulting three family members in any way.
The case was set down for a half-day contested hearing on October 13.
Police alleged that at 4.30pm on May 9 Ms Glossop was at home with her mother before she went to a shed and started yelling and banging around.
She then went to a neighbour's home with a sledgehammer to confront a neighbour.
Ms Glossop shattered a rear window when she attempted to gain entry and a glass door and window were also broken as well as two kitchen windows.
She also dented a fridge and kicked at the front door but did not gain entry.
The occupant of the home ran out the front door and drove away.
When Ms Glossop returned to her home, her mother and sister locked her out as they were in fear.
Her sister provided some treatment for Ms Glossop's cut hand and then gave her a torch.
Police allege Ms Glossop struck her sister with the torch and then confronted her brother-in-law while brandishing a pitchfork.
He disarmed her and threw he pitchfork onto the roof of the home.
Ms Glossop attempted to ignite a fire in a shed and police officers doused her with capsicum foam before arresting her.
She was later hospitalised.
An intervention order was it in place on May 12 but Ms Glossop is alleged to have returned to the home three days later.
Ms Glossop said she was guilty of causing the damage but denied walked around with a pitch fork and did not know why police officers had sprayed her.
Magistrate Ron Saines had indicated that if Ms Glossop pleaded guilty to some charges he would not impose a criminal conviction.
That offer was rejected despite family members making statements to police.
"I'm not going to accept something I did not do," Ms Gossop said.
