Voting for the MG 2016 directors election will close at 5pm on Monday, August 29 with results announced on Tuesday.
Almost double the usual supplier-candidates raised their hands to have input into the company’s future decisions on the board.
Seven nominations were received for the three supplier-director positions of MG’s western region that covers Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
The nominees include:
- Dairy Australia director Lisa Dwyer of Hawkesdale
- Harper Kilpatrick of Koroit
- David Falk of Timboon
- Bradley Plozza of Scotts Creek
- Matthew Rosenberg, who has a dairy farm near Mount Gambier
- Craig Dwyer of Bullaharre near Cobden
- Incumbent director Martin Van de Wouw, seeking a third term
