The former VFL-listed teenager was injured in the Tigers’ 13.13 (91) to 7.10 (52) final-round loss to Hampden league premiership contender Koroit on Saturday.
Portland coach Luke Crane said he believed the injury was minor.
Crane said the Tigers, who remained in finals contention until the second-last round, tried hard against the Saints.

“It was a lacklustre game all-round, not a great way to end the year.”
Veteran Joe McLaren booted four goals for the Saints.
