This weekend’s program focuses on creativity, wellbeing and personal growth and has attracted participants from Melbourne, Geelong and the south-west.
Co-ordinator Lucy Marshall said it was a great and varied program. “It’s big. It’s the biggest we’ve ever done,” Ms Marshall said.
She said attendees were enticed by the opportunity to participate in workshops they wouldn’t normally have such as art, storytelling and mindfulness.
“They can dabble in lots of different activities in a safe and fun environment.
“I think it’s time out for themselves and a weekend in Port Fairy is a pretty attractive proposal. I’m looking forward to it. Everything is in place for a great weekend,” she said.
It also includes a discussion from a panel of women who’ve contributed to the community, moderated by O2 Media’s Karen Foster.
