Business and Professional Women (BPW) South West is hosting the breakfast on Tuesday from 7.15am at Lady Bay Resort.
Speakers Emma Greenwood, Sinéad Murphy, Olga Petrovskaya and Jayson Ward have all moved or returned to the region for work and found plenty of reasons to stay on.
BPW South West president Kim Kavanagh said the annual breakfast was in its fifth year and had a strong following of women and men.
“There’s a lot of lovely young people coming to work in Warrnambool… and we’re just tapping into why they stayed. That’s important to grow our business community and we’re hoping that it will inspire employers in the region as well,” she said.
BPW South West has been active since 1996 and is a great way for local women to meet, network and socialise.
Members represent a very wide range of professions and businesses.
Membership is open to all women in the region and the group has a strong focus on professional and personal development.
RSVP by Monday morning to bpwsouthwest@gmail.com
The breakfast is held in conjunction with the Great South Coast Small Business Festival, which is running events across the region in August.
