They bolted to a 5-1 lead after the first round of singles, and while the Cally Raiders – who had won the past three premierships – made a comeback, the Rebels held on to win 8-5.
In division two, Cally Black defeated the Thornes 8-4 in a contest much closer than the scoreline would suggest, with many games that could have gone either way.
Garry Watts, from the Royal Rebels, and Jeff Hill, from Cally Black, were the best players of their grand finals.
The association also gave out its individual awards, with Your Break players taking a clean sweep. The division one male and female awards went to Alistair Gillian and Skye Buchanan, while the division two accolades went to Callum McEarchern and Jenny Parry.
The association is having a special general meeting on July 5 for team nominations.
