But that’s what a group of local comedians will do on Saturday night as part of a fundraiser for the Cancer Council.
Warrnambool comedians Aidan Nicolson, Sheldon Hampstead, Jake Hicks, Scott Barlett and Greg Duffield will perform on the night and will be joined by award-winning comic Harley Breen.
Many of the local funnymen first tried their hand at stand-up at the Dirty Angel Comedy sessions, which have been happening at Warrnambool's Mozart Hall on a monthly basis.
Nicolson, who is organising Saturday’s charity event, began Dirty Angel Comedy as a way to encourage local people to have a crack at comedy, as well as providing a regular gig for south-west fans of stand-up to enjoy.
Tickets to the Dirty Angel Comedy charity event are on sale at the Lighthouse Theatre.
