Simone Jones, 25, of Hamilton Road, successfully applied for bail in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Monday and was then placed on the CCO in Hamilton court on Wednesday.
Police have found she was facing at least 12 briefs of evidence but there could be more with positive drug samples taking months to progress through the testing system.
Jones told magistrate Peter Mellas on Monday she would not drive again and that spending the weekend in custody had "been a massive wake-up call".
The magistrate was not convinced, saying Ms Jones had been pulled up six times in the past couple of months.
"Why should I believe you?" he asked.
In the Hamilton Magistrates Court on Wednesday the magistrate placed Jones on a 12-month CCO with conditions she do 100 hours community work and undertake assessment and treatment as requested.
She also lost her driver's licence for nine months.
