This year’s event will include exciting new attractions including the South West TAFE Producers Pavilion.
The pavilion will feature a variety of interactive exhibitions that will tell the story of the journey of food from paddock to plate.
South West TAFE will have a working bakery, a butchery area and cooking demonstrations including a children’s cookery school.
There will also be numerous retail food and wine vendors within the pavilion.
Attending Sheepvention this year for the first time will be the Grain Discovery Centre in partnership with the Australian Grains Genebank in Horsham.
Researchers from the Grains Innovation Park in Horsham will also be at the event to talk about new grain and seed varieties.
Corriedales will be the feature sheep at the Western District Sheep Show, which is part of Sheepvention.
