Tigers coach Luke Crane said seeing Hamilton Kangaroos beat the Bloods last week gave his side hope they too could get the points against last year’s preliminary finalist, but knows they need to improve in front of goals after last week’s 1.21 return.
“Hopefully we can do a little bit better (with conversion) – our forward entry has been pretty ordinary all four weeks, too,” he said.
“We’re definitely wary of them (the Bloods), especially on a ground we haven’t seen before.”
Crane will return after missing last week with concussion, while the versatile Cameron Mather is in for his first senior game this season.
Trenton Johnston (hamstring) and Kye Taylor (omitted) make way for the pair.
The Bloods have named Scotty Carlin in an extended squad as he returns from Vic Country squad duties.
