As far as the water quality in Warrnambool is concerned, it is rotten. The smell is bad enough, let alone we use it for cooking, we don’t use it for drinking and in four years I have had not one tooth grow back.
But hang on, if we had let the holy water in Fletcher Jones ball be added to the town supply like a gigantic drip thingo, we may all have been cured.
