The Rebels blasted through Bookaar’s top order, taking 5-20, before the Pelicans recovered to muster together 100 runs.
Man of the match Daniel Balcombe was the main destroyer, claiming 4-11 off 10 overs, including three top-order wickets.
The Rebels chased down the target in 30 overs, despite Bookaar seizing momentum a couple of times during the chase.
Fraser Lucas (2-32) removed Rebels opener Hamish Huffadine for a golden duck, while Simon Baker bowled a tight 2-17 off eight overs.
Heytesbury Rebels captain Jeff Rosolin said while there were some nervous moments in the chase, he was pleased with how his charges responded to the challenge.
“I’m really happy with how things panned out bowling-wise, and then batting-wise, we have learnt over the season just to bat to any scenario,” he said.
“I’m happy with the way we approached it. They bowled well and got on top in some phases, but we backed ourselves to get through any situation.”
Travis Brown led the charge for the Rebels batsmen, making 42 not out.
Rosolin said players had been surprised by how responsive the wicket was to the new ball, making the going tough at times for batsmen.
The skipper said the win was good reward for effort over the season as a whole.
“I work real hard on a lot of coaching and putting the boys in situations and let them learn for themselves at training as well,” he said.
“The last two games I felt like I haven’t really had to do anything because they’ve adapted and been in familiar situations, so it was all up to them pretty much; I didn’t have to do much.”
Balcombe credited the hard work of Rosolin since taking over the captaincy midway through last season as a big factor in the success.
“He’s been the difference this year, I reckon, with his coaching and work ethic he’s drilled into us all,” Balcombe said.
“I think that’s what’s got the job done for us today.”
