Gators too good for Pirates

ALLANSFORD has proven it can match it with the best after returning jublinant from a trip to Port Fairy. On Saturday the Gators defeated Port Fairy in round 13 of the Warrnambool and District Cricket Association Hopkins conference. Allansford passed Port Fairy’s score of 173 and went on to 8-240 declared with Harry Bond making 77. The Pirates then made 7-174 in their second innings. For Port Fairy, Colin Hardwood made 57 while Ben Boyd took 3-29 for Allansford.
