A search of the wreckage of a light plane that crashed off Victoria's surf coast, killing all four people on board, has failed to locate more human remains.

Three bodies were recovered from the water on the afternoon of the January 29 tragedy; however, a fourth body has not been not located.
Friends Daniel Flinn, Donald Hately, Ian Chamberlain and Dianne Bradley, experienced aviation lovers in their 50s and 60s from Melbourne's south-east, were on board when the plane crashed.
Their aircraft, with registration VH-PXD, took off from Moorabbin airport that morning as part of a convoy of at least three small planes headed for King Island for a weekend trip.
Search and rescue divers and water police found major pieces of the 1967 Piper PA-28 Cherokee at the bottom of the ocean four kilometres off shore between Point Lonsdale and Barwon Heads on Saturday afternoon.
This included the engine block, propeller and part of the fuselage that were on the seabed 33 metres below the surface.
The wreckage was found using a remote-operated vehicle that guided divers to its location.
The plane parts were loaded onto a barge and are being towed to a base in Williamstown where it will be inspected by investigators.
Further patrols will now be conducted by local police.
Bad conditions earlier stalled dive crews from accessing the sunken wreckage.
Australian Transport Safety Bureau investigators are piecing together what led the plane to plummet into the ocean without making a distress call.
Bad weather was reported on the day, including pouring rain and low visibility, which will be investigated as well as the pilot's training and maintenance records.
It has not been revealed publicly who was piloting the plane.
Police are preparing a report for the Coroner.
