The teams are split with one win apiece this season, the Seahawks having won by 11 in their first clash before the Lakers turned the tables and won by seven in the next.
“I think it’s going to be very close – we’ve been working on a lot of game situations when it’s close, or when we’re five (points) behind or five up,” Alexander said.
“The guys have got this confidence about them that they can make the big plays in the big situations.
“I know the guys have got a lot of self-belief in themselves and collectively as a team.”
Alexander was impressed with his team’s response to their semi-final win over Portland last weekend.
“When we won, we didn’t celebrate – the job’s not done. They have to win the whole competition, that’s what they said to me,” he said.
