The Hawkesdale teenager will compete at the Tennis Australia Foundation Interstate Challenge at Royal South Yarra in January.
She was one of four picked for the 13 and under female team.
Swarbrick, the number two seed, helped Victoria to a runner-up finish at the 2015 tournament, winning four of her six singles matches.
The Emmanuel College student was picked to represent the state for a second time after helping South West win the Foundation Cup in Geelong earlier this month.
She teamed with Bushfield’s Danielle Warren, Killarney’s Greta Dabizzi and Casterton’s Kate Tomkin at the 13 and under regional competition.
The Foundation Interstate Challenge runs from January 11 to 15 with winners to be presented at the Kooyong Classic.
