Police are concerned for the welfare of Graham Mailes, 42, and have warned the community not to approach him, as he requires daily medication for a medical condition.
Mr Mailes was found guilty of the murder of Albury teenager Kim Meredith in August 2003.

When he was last seen, Mr Mailes was wearing denim shorts, a brown polo shirt and lace-up work boots.
