Formed more than 90 years ago by the wife of Rotarian, the organisation now boasts over 105,000 members in over 100 countries.
Conference co-ordinator Susan Parry of the Hamilton Inner Wheel Club said it was a great coup for Warrnambool to hosting the event as it’s traditionally held in a capital city.
Highlights of the event include a high tea at the Warrnambool Art Gallery, an official opening featuring guest speaker Jean Kittson, tours of the region, a gala dinner at Brauer College, and a women’s business seminar featuring Antarctic explorer Rachael Robertson.
