Police have released CCTV images of Mont Albert man Stephen Bailey, who is wanted for questioning over his mother's disappearance.

Homicide squad detectives have expressed fears for 59-year-old Penny Bailey's safety, and asked anyone with information to call Triple-0.
Mr Bailey, 34, had last been seen at 11.45am on Tuesday, cycling away from the townhouse in Strabane Avenue, Mont Albert, where he lived with his mother.
Ms Bailey, 59, was reported missing from the house, in Melbourne's east, on Tuesday night. She was last seen at 9pm on Sunday.
On Wednesday night, police released CCTV footage of Mr Bailey taken at 6.53am on Wednesday near the intersection of Elizabeth and Bourke streets in the CBD.
He is balding, and wearing a striped windcheater, jeans and runners.
The night before, Tuesday, about 6.55pm in both the Southbank and Elizabeth Street entrances of Flinders Street Railway Station, Mr Bailey again appears in security cameras, wearing the same clothes.
He doesn't appear to be carrying a bag but in some photos he carries a plastic bottle.
Ms Bailey's siblings and daughters had forced their way into the townhouse on Tuesday after being unable to contact her, News Corp reported.
Detective Inspector Mick Hughes said that early Wednesday, police attended the scene and items they saw made them concerned for Ms Bailey's welfare.
A crime scene was established and police seized two wheelie bins from the nature strip.
Detective Inspector Hughes would not elaborate on what was found.
"Let's just say we're concerned enough that we're actively involved in the investigation, as of this morning," he said.
At the press conference, Mr Bailey's siblings Belinda and Shannon pleaded with Stephen to contact either them or police.
"Please come forward, we've been trying to reach you. In whatever way you can, please come forward. And we love you, and just want to hear from you," Belinda said.
To her mother she said: "Mum, I love you, I miss you, and I'm worried about you. If there's anything you can do to get in touch, please do. I love you. We love you."
Detective Inspector Hughes said the family was distressed.
"This is a very large and close family, and we're putting all the support around them we can," he said.
"Stephen, I direct this to you, please contact the police or contact the family and we will come and see you as soon as we can."
