Cole won the woman’s black belt creative kata, the women’s open black belt kumite and the women’s black belt continuous sparring.
She also finished second in the woman’s black belt veteran’s kumite and the women’s veteran kata and was third in the women’s open black belt kata.
Other place-getters from Camperdown include Peter Moore who was third in men’s black belt creative kata, Brian Peach who was second in the men’s 5th kyu to 1st kyu kumite and Graeme Fuller was second in the black belt creative kata and fourth in the black belt Kumite and the black belt continuous sparring. Warrnambool’s Garrin Willimson finished fourth in the 12yo-13yo 5thkyu black belt kata.
