A man has been charged following a stabbing in Ballarat on Friday.
Police allege the victim, a 27-year-old woman, was stabbed in the neck at the intersection of Sturt and Lydiard streets about 2.40pm.
Police last night arrested and charged a Ballarat man with intentionally causing serious injury and other assault offences.
Luke Warren, 31, has been remanded in custody to reappear at the Ballarat Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
