Bronson Jennings, 39, of Livingston Street, pleaded guilty in the Warrnambool court to possessing and using ice. He was convicted and fined $1000.
Magistrate Peter Mellas said Jennings was treating his community corrections order, for trafficking OxyContin, as a joke.
He said should Jennings’ behaviour continue, he would be resentenced with a jail term the likely outcome.
