Malseed is representing High5, an Australian women’s development team, in Europe.
The five-person combination tasted success at the La Trophee d'Or in France this week, winning the team section.
High5 won three of the four stages on offer.
Malseed finished 13th on general classification and third in youth classification. Her teammate Rachel Neylan was overall winner.
The Holden Women’s Cycling Team rising star made the five-person representative squad after a gruelling selection camp in Canberra earlier this year.
She will don the Australian kit in five world-class events before she returns home in September.
She won dual gold at the Cycling Australia national road championships in Ballarat in January, claiming the under 23 women’s road race and criterium.
