Port Fairy under 16 footballer cops five-match penalty for unbecoming conduct

A PORT Fairy footballer has received a five-match ban for unbecoming conduct. The young Seagull copped the penalty at the Hampden league tribunal on Tuesday night. The ban stems back to an incident during the Port Fairy-Koroit under 16 match on July 26 which left Saint Darcy Keane with a broken jaw. Investigations officer Chris Potter looked into the incident and recommended the Seagull face the tribunal.
