The Blues knocked off crosstown rival South Warrnambool in the preliminary final on Sunday, winning 11.11 (77) to 8.3 (51).
Austin Steere booted four goals for Warrnambool, while James Edmonds slotted five for South Warrnambool.
Warrnambool will also feature in the 16 and under netball decider.
It will play North Warrnambool Eagles, which recorded a three-goal win against Hawks in a hard fought preliminary final.
South Warrnambool and North Warrnambool Eagles and will fight it out for the under 14 football crown.
The Eagles progressed after defeating Camperdown in the preliminary final, 8.5 (53) to 5.10 (40). Koroit will play Cobden in the 14 and under netball grand final after knocking South Warrnambool out of the flag race, with a 44-9 win.
