Embattled jockey Danny Nikolic's appeal and hearing regarding charges laid against him at Seymour last week has been adjourned until next Monday.
Nikolic was set to appeal the RAD Board's decision to dismiss a stand-down order issued against him by Racing Victoria stewards at Seymour this morning, before facing two charges in relation to a confrontation with chief steward Terry Bailey at the same meeting, but a "legal problem" forced an adjournment until Monday when Nikolic will reappear in front of a reconstituted RAD Board.
Nikolic made no comment when leaving Racing Victoria this morning.
