Still just 18, Kuol racked up 20 points while Ben Allen contributed 16 points, 22 rebounds and five assists.
The Gunners based their seventh win of the season around a dominant 36-15 third quarter, and nailed 24 free throws from 27 attempts.
The Canberra Capitals Academy also triumphed, led by massive displays from skipper Kristen Langhorn (26 points, 10 rebounds, four assists) and Julia Forster (24 points, 15 rebounds, nine assists) and 12 bench points from Molly McPhee.
