The man was arrested on Saturday, appeared before a bail justice and was remanded in custody to appear today in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court.

Police will allege the man breached an intervention order by repeatedly attending at his former partner's home and was allegedly involved in associated offending.

In other court news, it is not known when a 31-year-old Warrnambool man will apply for bail after being arrested and charged with aggravated burglary last Friday.

Luke James Allan was remanded to appear in Warrnambool court again on September 22 for a committal mention.

Police will allege Mr Allan was involved in a aggravated burglary relating to his domestic relationships while armed with a knife.

It's alleged he stole a car, made threats, entered his girlfriend's mother's home while armed with a knife and held the knife to his girlfriend's throat.

Mr Allan was intercepted by police at 3.45am Friday, arrested and a knife was recovered.

He made no application for bail on Friday and was remanded in custody.

A 19-year-old Warrnambool man is also expected to appear in court today after being charged with breaching his bail curfew conditions.

He was previously charged with armed robbery and bailed with strict conditions in early May after spending 63 days in custody. He was to appear in court on July 21 for a committal mention.

He was previously charged with armed robbery, possessing a homemade handgun and a range of assault-related offences. 

Colac police detectives are seeking information from the public after a burglary at a Colac-Lavers Hill Road property, just out of of the city.

Police said offenders forced entry to a shed after removing iron sheeting before stealing power tools and a trailer valued at $3500.

The burglary happened between 9am Thursday and when it was discovered and reported to police at 3pm Sunday.

Portland police are also after information following another break-in at a sports clubs at the weekend.

Detective Sergeant Jason von Tunk, of the Portland crime investigation unit, said the Heathmere Football Netball Club was burgled overnight Saturday but nothing was stolen. 

Offenders gained entry to the club rooms but unsuccessfully tried get access into a store room containing alcohol and soft drinks and left empty handed.

Detective Sergeant Jason von Tunk said a number of Portland district sports club had been broken into during the past fortnight with small amounts of cash and alcohol stolen.

Clubs targeted have included the Tyrendarra Football Netball Club, Portland Squash Courts and the Heywood Golf Club.

The Portland Transfer Station and Landfill in Derrill Road, west Portland, has been broken into twice during the past month.

Nothing was stolen when the shed with a roller door was forced open late last week, although $500 damage was caused.

Last month a Robin brand water pump valued at $2000 was stolen.

A 32-year-old man was also charged with drug offences after a raid in Portland's Theresa Street. 

Melbourne detectives led the execution of a search warrant, during which ice valued at about $500 was found.

The man was arrested, interviewed, charged and bailed to appear in the Portland Magistrates Court during September.
