The 38-hectare farm belonged to Mr Sanders’ second wife, Shirley Savage, who died from cancer in July 2012.
Located along Boundary Road in Cobden, the property is being offered for sale through Elders Camperdown. Expressions of interest close on July 3.
Ms Savage left her estate of nearly $700,000 to Mr Sanders, who was her third husband. The will was subject to a number of challenges including one by Ms Savage’s daughter and only child and another by a group of five friends. Those matters have since been resolved and the will has been settled.
Now Mr Sanders’ will is in dispute, with a number of claims due to go to mediation starting this month.
