After a close race without a clear leader, jockey John Allen rode the six-year-old up the inside in the final straight to take the thrilling win.
The win was Winslow trainer Ciaron Maher's second for the day, after Wanna Dance finished first in Race 4 Ludeman Real Estate Handicap.
Lord of the Song was second across the line in the Grand Annual Steeplechase, with the Aaron Purcell-trained Dhaafer finishing third.
Regina Coeli also came fourth in the Brierly Steeplechase on Tuesday after setting the pace for most of the event.
The race was run without a single fall, delighting the large crowd at the Warrnambool Racecourse.
It was Regina Coeli's sixth win from 30 starts and fourth jumps win.
Maher has now produced 10 winners over jumps in the past eight years, including three Brierly Steeplechase victories and three Grand Annual Steeplechase triumphs.
