Twelve children got in early for Mother’s Day at Bunnings, decorating pots and planting flower seeds for their mums.
Warrnambool Special Developmental School teacher Adam Williams said the activity was a fantastic opportunity for the children.
He said it was good for the children to get out and see different parts of Warrnambool.
“It’s good also to get out of our own little world at the special school,” he said.
“They love it. It’s good also just to break routine. This is also good for their fine motor skills.”
