Sam Buzzurro, 44, of Baileyana Drive, pleaded guilty in Warrnambool Magistrates Court yesterday to speeding and failing to stop when requested to do so by police.
Police said that at 10pm on January 19, Buzzurro was seen driving along Moore Street in Warrnambool at a high speed and was clocked at 101km/h.
Police tried to intercept him but he continued driving along McKiernan Road and into Baileyana Drive before he stopped and tried to run into a house.
When arrested, he told officers he had been going to a dispute and had tried to get there without delay.
Magistrate John Lesser said Buzzurro had a number of speeding offences in the past and needed to be careful about the way he drove.
